XYZ is a Company with registered office in UK. They were trying to locate an advertisement agency as a local partner in India to promote their International advertisement products to Indian Corporates. The efforts of XYZ failed twice because their Indian partners did not give sufficient attention in promoting the products of XYZ, even though XYZ came out with very attractive financial terms. We advised XYZ to go for a liaison office of their Company in India. They were ready to invest USD 50,000 as paid up capital for their Indian venture. The parent Company XYZ also had a consistent profit making track record. Hence after the required paper work they have opened their own branch office in Mumbai. Because of this they are able to promote their products effectively.
